"The hall is big we hosted a party for 200 people and we still had a good amount of space on the dance floor but I gave this hall a 1 because of the manager I did 2 back to back Quinceañeras one at the this ELKS and 1 at the chelmsford elks and the difference was incredible the manager at the chelmsford elks was in contact with me making sure everything is going as planned we asked if we can place the extra food in the kitchen just to hold it there until we need it she said absolutely no charge I asked the one in lawrence and she charged us $250 just to place the food there we weren't even using the kitchen just placing food there she told us to place it on the floor under the food tables like how nasty is that in my head I was thinking Im a clean Latina not trailer trash we had no choice but to pay for a kitchen we didn't even use. Another thing at the chelmsford elks we were able to decorate the night before til 10 pm and come in as early as 9am to finish the decor at the lawrence one we started at 5pm she kicked us out by 8:30pm couldnt come back until the next day at 10 am. To top it off we told her we would pay for both bars to be open she insisted we didn't need it but then she puts a bartender that's like 80 years old to attend 200 people you know how many complaints I got because of that it's already a stressful event and the stupid manager made it worst. The manager at the lawrence elks looks miserable all the time her attitude sucks it was not a good service the chelmsford elks I would definitely rent again the lawrence elks I would if they change the manager because she's awful"

"A VERY nice place with a lot of activity and extremely nice people. Pool tables, popcorn, 45's tournaments. Members have access to a large and well supplied gym. Plenty of parking and beautiful function rooms for rent. It really is a great place for a drink and to meet friends. Clean and no rowdiness allowed. I was so impressed that I put in an application for membership. I recommend you do likewise."

"Extremely unpleased with everything I’ve been dealing with this event hall. My wife and I were looking forward to having our baby shower here. First bad experience was when we picked a specific date to do our baby shower and we signed a contract and everything just to find out that she ended up giving our date to someone else cause “money talks” those were her words specifically. Even after being mistreated we decided to pick a different date at a discounted rate. She told us she’ll be in contact with us about time, table, chairs, and our second deposit. The baby shower is three weeks away and we haven’t received not one call from the event manager Rosie. So I tried getting in contact with her and it’s been 5 days with no call back or a simple text back. I still haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone and no longer want to do business with this place."

"Beautiful place to have your party for any occasion. The staff are good at there job from what I can see. A lot of room in the different dance hall's. Good parking all around the building. And close to the high way, for people that have to travel to get to the lodge."

"As an elk member, I walked in and place was empty. You need to changed your open times so more people may come in and have a drink or two. Things I have heard about the exalted ruler, she needs to be replaced. Extremely rude and arrogant and wants to sell the bldg. please stop this woman and elect someone who wants to keep elks going!!!!"
